Our functional fitness program is a combination of Strength, Endurance, Power, Gymnastics and HIIT. Each class has two workouts programmed for varying skill levels. Our "Performance” level is designed for more experienced athletes familiar with the world of competitive functional fitness. Our “Foundations” programs are perfect for participants of all skill levels, particularly those new to functional fitness. Foundations focuses on developing quality movement patterns to build upon as your overall fitness and skills expand.
