Terms of Service

Last modified on Dec 12, 2023

Welcome to StudioHop! We are operated by StudioHop LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“StudioHop,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). StudioHop is in the business of selling memberships (the “Memberships” or individually, a “Membership”) to individuals (the “User”) who wish to participate in various exercise, entertainment, recreational, and social activities without having to commit to multiple memberships at specific studios, businesses, or locations. The Membership allows individuals to gain access to any studio and other locations or services (“Membership Perk” or “Perk”), collectively, (the “Provider”) within StudioHop’s network. We offer the StudioHop app, the StudioHop websites, and other products and services (the “Service”) according to the terms of service (the “Terms” or “Terms of Service”) below, and our separate privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), both of which are accessible via the StudioHop app and our website, These Terms govern your access to and use of StudioHop and any videos, information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). By clicking a box that states you accept or agree to these terms or by using our Service, you are agreeing to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your StudioHop account. IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AND YOU PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT TO YOUR CHILD'S REGISTRATION WITH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE IN RESPECT OF THEIR USE OF THE SERVICE. We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice. Your continued usage of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Violation of any terms will result in termination of your account. Questions about the Terms of Service may be sent to

Access to Services.

StudioHop does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 17 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 17, please do not register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 17 may provide any personal information to StudioHop or on the Services. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under age 17 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 17, please contact us at

You represent and warrant to StudioHop that: (i) you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation) and you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have your parent's permission to do so, and you are at least 17 years or age or older; (ii) all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and (iii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You also certify that you are legally permitted to use and access the Services and take full responsibility for the selection and use of and access to the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

StudioHop may prohibit any user from using the Service in its sole discretion for any reason, and we are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from such prohibition.

Basic Terms.

You are responsible for using the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences. The Content you submit, post, or display can be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites. Only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms. TO BE CLEAR WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE PHOTOS, VIDEOS OR CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT TO THE SERVICE OR POST FOR VIEWING BY ANOTHER STUDIOHOP USER.

You may use the Services only if you can form a contract with StudioHop and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services for a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant you are authorized to do so. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

The Services that StudioHop provides are always evolving, and the form and nature of the Services that StudioHop provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. StudioHop may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.

The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for StudioHop granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that StudioHop, third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.

StudioHop offers memberships (Membership): The StudioHop Memberships allows Users to visit Providers within StudioHop's network each Membership Cycle (monthly increments from the date of sign up) subject to the restrictions below. Users cannot transfer or gift visits to third parties, including other StudioHop members. StudioHop makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.

Referrals and Perks.

StudioHop may offer Referral Programs from time to time for all or some of its Users. The Referral Programs offer credits to the referring User and the referred person. The referrals are mutually exclusive, single use and cannot be used between current Users. Therefore, the same person cannot be referred by more than one User or receive a referral credit if they have ever had a Membership. The credits are cumulative, do not expire unless voided, and can be applied chronologically to future Membership Cycles. Credits cannot be used for any fees charged to the Membership except for the hold fee. Credits will be voided if the User cancels their Membership or if StudioHop broadly deems that the User is abusing any Referral Programs. If a Membership is placed on hold, any remaining credits will be applied once the Membership is reactivated. The amount of credits per referral are subject to change without notice. StudioHop reserves the right to discontinue any Referral Programs, remove Users from Referral Programs, or make any other changes without notice.

StudioHop also offers “Membership Perks” (or “Perks”) which follow all applicable terms of this agreement. StudioHop reserves the right to add and remove Perks without notice and apply special restrictions or terms of use as seen on the perk.

Membership Cycle.

Membership starts on the date User signs up for a subscription and submits payment via a valid payment method. User may begin to schedule classes immediately thereafter. Each Membership Cycle is one month in length, and will automatically renew each month. For example, if User submits a valid payment method on January 1, Membership will automatically renew on February 1 (see Payment and Billing below). Once a new Membership Cycle starts, User will be eligible to visit Providers as many times in that monthly cycle as their Membership level permits. Please note that any visits not used during a Membership Cycle are forfeited, and will not be exercisable in the next Membership Cycle.

If you are on a plan that loads a balance or credits on to your account, those amounts can only be used through StudioHop and cannot be removed from the platform. They are not cash and if you cancel your membership, any balance will be forfeit. Accounts that are on hold will maintain their balance. Only a specific amount will roll over each month, it is currently $25, check the FAQ and specific plan details for current information.

Users must provide StudioHop with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, Payment Method) to use the Services. StudioHop automatically bills the monthly membership fee to User's Payment Method each month until Membership is cancelled or terminated. StudioHop reserves the right to lock a User out of their account and cancel classes if they have not paid for those classes.

Payment and Billing.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers.

By signing up for a Membership, User authorizes StudioHop to charge a monthly Membership fee at the then current rate. Any changes to the rate will be made known via email and/or other regular distribution methods in advance of such changes, allowing the User a reasonable amount of time to cancel or continue to use the Membership. Please check spam filters to make sure you get our communications.

When User provides a Payment Method, the first Membership Cycle will be billed immediately. User's Membership will automatically-renew and User will be billed every month. Users renewal date may change due to changes in User's Membership.

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, User will continue to have access to the Service through the end of User's current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our Users (Credits). The amount and form of such Credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of Credits in one instance does not entitle User to Credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide Credits in the future, under any circumstance.

User may edit Payment Method information through the StudioHop website. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and User does not edit Payment Method information or cancel his or her account (see, Cancellation below), User remains responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorizes StudioHop to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates.

User may terminate Membership at any time from their account page. If User attends a class during their new month, the Membership is non-refundable. However, User’s first month cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

In lieu of cancellation, StudioHop also provides Users the option of putting their Memberships on hold at any time from their account page, subject to a reduced fee per billing cycle.

Class Cancellation and No Show Policy.

If a User schedules a class but does not attend, it is considered a No Show. If a User cancels a class less than 12 hours of the scheduled class time, it is considered a Late Cancel). The User will be charged a Late Cancel fee and a No Show fee respectively. StudioHop provides a 10 minute grace period when a class is reserved during the late cancel window to cancel the reservation without being charged the Late Cancel fee.
