Always love this place and the workout! Spencer was super friendly and encouraging!

I really loved the class but just wish it was more personable. I did a few stations wrong and no one corrected me. When I looked to Spencer for help, he would only answer to the people he knew in class.

This was ridiculous!

Might as well chop off my legs cause they are pointless after this leg day.

Amanda was awesome! She kept the energy going while making sure we had good form for maximum impact at each station.

I love evolve! One of my favorite gyms in Dallas hands down and absolutely love shariff. However, they have to start doing a better job of predicting a week in advance who is actually going to teach the class. Totally understand schedules always change but Ive come to expect this at evolve vs. it being one off instances. This class filled up in an instant based on who the teacher originally listed. Love evolve and always will but I think when the schedule becomes more consistent there will be a more consistent attendance.

Evolve has changed my life! Kick ass workouts, amazing attitudes and energy, and lots of sore muscles. Lol
