In this class, we focus on using heavier weights while moving slower and with intention. By doing so, we aim to challenge your muscles and promote greater strength gains. The emphasis is on controlled movements that engage your muscles effectively, allowing you to build strength and improve your overall mobility.

Our heated space is maintained at a temperature range of 83-87 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of the heat is to provide a warm and comfortable environment for your workout, without it being the primary source of challenge. We want the focus to be on the movements and the effort you put into them, rather than solely relying on the heat to increase intensity.
