This training session will focus on lateral agility with an emphasis on shuffling, lateral jumping, improving change of direction and rotational jumping. The resistance training portion utilizes the entire body with a focus on improving squat patterns and lower body strength, with squat and hinge movements. The non-Member drop-in rate to attend this class is $30.
