Tuesday you’re building that lower body strength. Get ready to work your bottom half with heavy weights to lift and tighten your hamstrings and ass through deadlifts, lunges and squats that will firm you up. Be ready to throw on a band to sculpt and firm your ass. You won’t leave without climbing the stairs or flipping some tires that will leave you not wanting to walk for days. Don’t worry, we’ll throw in some abs to give that lower body a break.

Excellent class, Chris is a fantastic coach. The class is challenging but you feel so accomplished afterwards!
