This is one of the best workout classes and instructors in Dallas. Andy is welcoming and encouraging to all body types and abilities. He provides intentional feedback and motivates everyone in the room. He creates a sense of community to help everyone get through a challenging workout. The workout is challenging but managable. You leave feeling accomplished. And the music slaaaaaaps!
