Love the Cycle classes at Neon. So much energy from every instructor and make you feel so welcome! A lot of them have started 4-6 minutes late lately, so the classes have been shorter (like 38-40 min) or late getting out. My only issue in a truly fantastic studio!!!

Great music and Ruston is a solid instructor.
