This is our signature 45 minute challenging workout! An extreme toning, fatburning, full-body workout incorporating Pilates movements with cardio and strength training exercises on our Carrie’s Transformer machine. This class emphasizes fast transitions (10 seconds or less) and extremely slow movements in each move. You’ll experience muscle exhaustion and cardio elements that are designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone, and reshape your body. And the best part? Our high-intensity but low-impact workout will get your heart pumping and your endorphins flowing without putting any strain on your joints!

If you're a new client, please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot and allow us to give you a proper introduction to the machine and workout.

Grip socks are always required and will be sold in our studio. There is ample parking in the lot right behind the studio - we are located right by Texas First Bank.
