What to expect
  • Bring your own grip socks or they are available for purchase.
  • We highly recommend that new clients take a beginner level class before jumping into a regular Carrie’s class. The Beginner Level class is open to all new students or students who would like to perfect their form before joining a faster-paced class.
  • If it is your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early. This will allow the instructor to explain the machine for your safety. If you arrive after the start of class, you will not be admitted.
